CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19)

During this time of uncertainty about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our community and the world the staff at Bayside Orthopedics places its highest priority on our goal to keep our patients and employees safe and healthy.

We want to reassure you that we have implemented strict procedures to ensure that we are doing everything possible to reduce the threat of this disease.

Our office is regularly cleaned and sanitized, but now we have instituted more frequent protocol for disinfecting all areas. Additionally, we have hand sanitizer available, and washrooms for thorough hand washing. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Controls (CDC) guidelines and recommendations to help prevent the spread of the virus. We take this very seriously.  Our staff have all been fully vaccinated.

Our employees are all following the CDC instructions to eliminate the spread of any virus. We also encourage our patients to do the same.  If any of our employees feel sick or have a fever, they have been instructed to stay home.  Also, we are monitoring employees onsite on a daily basis. Similarly, we request that patients who are not feeling well, reschedule their appointments and not come into our clinic while they are ill.

All elective surgeries are currently postponed due to the coronavirus.  If your surgery has been postponed, please visit:  What to Do If Your Orthopaedic Surgery Is Postponed

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all that we can to protect you and our employees. Your health and well-being are our top priority.
